ACSIS Haiti is an international nonprofit organization committed to advancing human rights, empowering vulnerable communities
ACSIS CORPORATION offers vital community support, education, counseling, and humanitarian aid to immigrant and vulnerable families in Delaware and Haiti. Through our commitment to human rights and social justice, we empower these families while promoting mental health advocacy and providing essential refugee services. Together, we build strength, dignity, and opportunity.

This image captures the strength, courage, and unity of women standing together in the fight for dignity, equality, and justice. United in purpose, these women represent resilience, hope, and the unwavering determination to create a better future for themselves and for generations to come, supported by community support initiatives.
Wearing red as a symbol of strength and resistance, they raise their voices against inequality, violence, and discrimination, advocating for human rights. Their presence speaks loudly—reminding the world that women are not silent, not invisible, and not alone. Each smile reflects resilience; each gesture represents solidarity and collective power, promoting social justice.
Through this moment, ACSIS reaffirms its commitment to defending women’s rights, amplifying women’s voices, and building safe, inclusive spaces where women can rise, lead, and thrive, while also prioritizing mental health advocacy and offering refugee services. This is more than a celebration—it is a call to action for justice, equality, and lasting change.
When women rise, communities rise with them.

A world where every child and family — regardless of language, culture, or immigration status — has access to safety, education, and opportunity through community support, while upholding human rights and promoting social justice. This vision also includes mental health advocacy and essential refugee services to ensure every individual can thrive.

During the reporting period, ACSIS Corporation strengthened its international engagement through participation in a high-level conference on climate change and agriculture held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The organization was represented by Mr. Gerald Volcy. This engagement not only supports community support initiatives but also aligns with ACSIS Corporation’s ongoing efforts to promote human rights and social justice. Additionally, it informs policy-aligned dialogue and advances sustainable solutions addressing climate resilience and food security, while considering mental health advocacy and refugee services, in line with international development frameworks and donor priorities.
We provide community support through tutoring, homework assistance, literacy activities, school readiness, and leadership development for children and teens. Our programs not only foster student confidence and skills but also empower them to achieve in school and prepare for future opportunities, aligning with our commitment to social justice and human rights. Through mental health advocacy and refugee services, we ensure that every student has access to the resources they need.
Services include:
• Tutoring (all grades)
• Literacy + homework help
• Leadership workshops
• Parent-school support

We support children, youth, and families facing language barriers, crisis, trauma, violence, or displacement through our commitment to human rights and social justice. Our nonprofit services include community support, case management, youth education and tutoring, interpretation and translation, psychosocial counseling, and refugee services to assist immigrants in need.

ACSIS began as a grassroots community movement in Haiti, established to provide community support for young people and families confronting crisis and inequality. As the needs evolved and extended beyond borders, ACSIS expanded its efforts to the United States, focusing on refugee services to assist immigrant and refugee communities residing in Delaware. Today, we serve across two countries, united by one purpose: to help every person, regardless of their background, live with safety, hope, and opportunity. Our commitment to human rights drives us to empower children, youth, and families through education, mental health advocacy, psychosocial support, community development, and humanitarian action — all aimed at building dignity, self-confidence, and long-term stability while promoting social justice.
